These Terms apply to Masterji's doorstep tailoring, blouse stitching, alteration services, local tailoring visits and garment measurement appointments across supported service cities.

📋 Please read these Terms carefully before booking any service on masterji.online. By completing a payment to STAGE-X, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
masterji.online is a doorstep tailoring booking platform. We connect users with expert tailors for measurements, custom stitching, alterations, and garment repairs — delivered directly to your home or office.
STAGE-X operates masterji.online and sells the home-visit booking shown on this website. Tailoring is carried out by independent partner tailors. STAGE-X is your point of contact for bookings, the ₹50 visit fee, complaints and refunds. Stitching charges are quoted by the tailor at the visit and paid to the tailor on delivery.
Visit fee: Booking a home visit costs ₹50, paid online. It covers the tailor's visit for measurements and fabric collection.
⚠️ Important: The ₹50 visit fee is solely for the tailor's doorstep visit. Charges for actual services such as stitching, alterations, or repairs are additional and will be quoted after measurements and service evaluation based on garment type, complexity, fabric, and requirements.
Masterji is an online technology aggregator platform operated and billed by STAGE-X (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-WB-13-0171146). The platform connects customers with independent, verified partner tailors and master craftsmen across India. Tailoring, measurement, stitching, and alteration services are provided directly by independent tailoring partners; appointment bookings, visit dispatch coordination, online payments, customer care, and refunds are handled by STAGE-X.
The following charges are separate from the ₹50 booking fee and are determined at the time of the tailor's visit:
Stitching charges are quoted by the tailor at the visit and paid to the tailor on delivery.
Booking / Platform Fee (₹50): The ₹50 paid online at the time of booking is a non-refundable platform fee. Once the booking is confirmed, this fee will not be refunded, whether the booking is cancelled, rescheduled or not used.
Stitching and alteration charges are paid separately to the tailor after the visit, and are not covered by this fee.
If the tailor fails to arrive without notice, the ₹50 visit fee is refunded in full. Prepaid stitching charges are refunded as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds: Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 24–48 banking hours (up to 5–7 working days for cards).
Customers are responsible for providing the fabric unless otherwise specified during the booking process.
masterji.online offers a 5-day fit guarantee applicable only to fit-related alterations. If the completed garment does not match the measurements taken during the tailor's visit, a fit-related re-alteration may be provided subject to the following:
Requests made after the 5-day guarantee period will be treated as a new service request and may incur additional charges.
masterji.online is a booking and scheduling platform. We are not responsible for damage to fabrics or garments caused by user mishandling after service delivery, third-party alterations, or incorrect measurements provided by the user.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
