Customers may cancel a booking subject to timing and operational review. The ₹50 booking visit fee covers the tailor's doorstep visit scheduling and is non-refundable once the booking visit is confirmed, except where required by applicable policy or if the service cannot be delivered due to Masterji-side operational failure.
Where refunds are approved, they are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to payment gateway timelines.
