Doorstep visits are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Customers can select convenient 2-hour arrival windows during online checkout or via direct WhatsApp booking confirmation.

To ensure prompt arrival, our tailoring partners send live dispatch notifications 30 minutes before reaching your location.

3. Remote & Out-of-Coverage Addresses

If your residential address falls outside our active municipal boundaries, our customer care team will notify you within 2 business hours of booking. In cases where service cannot be scheduled, your ₹50 booking visit fee will be automatically and immediately refunded to your original payment method with zero cancellation deduction.

4. Gated Communities & High-Rise Societies

Our tailors carry valid government identification and corporate credentials. For gated condominiums and societies requiring visitor gate passes (such as MyGate, NoBrokerHood, or ApnaComplex), customers are kindly requested to approve entry upon notification from the security kiosk.
