Upon receiving your stitched garment, you have 5 calendar days to try it on and inspect the fit. If you notice any tightness, looseness, sleeve length variation, or neckline gap, simply contact us via WhatsApp (+91 78922 40243) or through our helpline.
Our team will schedule a free pickup, carry out the necessary fitting corrections at our stitching hub, and deliver the adjusted garment back to your doorstep at zero extra charge.
Our free modification policy covers all standard fit and comfort adjustments:
Excluded from free modification: Complete design redesigns requested after fabric has already been cut according to the agreed measurement slip (e.g., converting an agreed round neck into a deep backless cut), requests requiring additional fabric not initially provided, or modification requests submitted after the 5-day guarantee window has expired.
Requests made after 5 calendar days from delivery will be treated as standard alterations and billed at our affordable baseline alteration rates (quoted custom based on garment type).
All Masterji garments are stitched with generous 2 to 3-inch internal seam margins specifically to accommodate future body changes. If you need adjustments after a month or a year, simply book our doorstep alteration service, and our tailor will loosen or tighten the garment at nominal charges.
In the highly unlikely event that our master artisan cannot achieve the agreed measurements, we will offer a complimentary fabric replacement voucher or full stitching labor reimbursement under our Customer Protection Guarantee.
